Because this project is aimed to aid the visually impaired, it may be challenging to capture the clothing images in the correct alignment where they can be properly identified. For instance, in one of the experiments, users must hold clothing items in front of the cameras for several minutes to occupy the image view [1].

Lighting in the image may also pose a problem. For instance, if the lighting is too bright, clothing items might appear washed out, resulting in inaccuracies in pattern and color identification. Similarly, if the lighting is too dark, clothing items and colors could also be difficult to identify and images may be noisy.
